With fantastic views of the McDowell mountains this property had it all – except for a (very) tired interior and a poorly planned kitchen. Working with this busy couple we were able to create a design aesthetic that fit their professional and personal needs. The new space offers a welcoming yet sophisticated feeling achieved by unifying the floor surfaces, adding a subtle color palette and textural elements that create visual interest. Bathroom updates include marble accents and a fantastic yet inexpensive tile wall treatment as showcase in the master bathroom.
